The Loan Officer or Mortgage Loan Specialist is responsible for assisting clients in researching loans and navigating the application, approval, and closing process. Their responsibilities include recommending commercial and personal lending options to clients and explaining their terms, determining the risks of lending to clients based on their creditworthiness, and handling paperwork. We are looking for a loan officer to evaluate, authorize the approval or denial of loan applications from individuals or businesses. You act as a liaison between your clients and our financial institutions, helping qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner.
