Kira began her work as a Real Estate Agent in 2014 after coming out of a great career in Social Work. She had already been managing rental properties and building an appraisal business with her husband JC Banks and thought this could be a rewarding job for her. She was inspired to get into real estate when it came time to buy her own home and she and JC were met with quite a few frustrations, some of them being from those working the real estate field. Kira saw areas that she believed could be better, and she strove to make those changes.
Her husband joined the team in 2017. JC partnered his talents with Kira using his education in business management and experience leadership to help grow the team and processes. She understood the complicity and daunting tasks that were involved and then integrated her social working skills into the mix to provide clients with the support they needed to get them to the finish line.
Her success has made it for her team to grow and provided the opportunity to open multiple offices. She has firmly stood by her clients, believed that each one is like family to her and made sure to keep in close contact even closing day has come and gone.
